We provide residential and small business cleaning services, including:

  • Standard cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Home organization
  • Trash can power washing

Service descriptions and pricing may vary based on home size, condition, and scope.

2. booking & scheduling

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by email.

You will receive a confirmation once your appointment is approved.

We reserve the right to reschedule or adjust appointments due to staffing, emergencies, or unsafe conditions.

3. cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

4. payment terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept:

  • Cash
  • Card (via secure invoicing/booking link)
  • Zelle
  • Other approved payment methods

Unpaid balances may result in service pauses or late fees.

5. customer responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the property
  • Secure pets if needed
  • Remove sensitive personal items
  • Inform us of damage, hazards, or special instructions

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unstable surfaces.

6. satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge.

7. liability

While we are insured and take great care, we are not liable for:

  • Items not properly secured
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items valued over $200 unless notified in advance

8. right to refuse service

We may refuse or cease service if:

  • The environment is unsafe
  • There is harassment or inappropriate behavior
  • There is excessive clutter or hazardous conditions

9. policy updates

We may update these terms at any time.

Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of changes.
